Included in this essential session with expert speaker Timothy E. Gilsbach are the requirements related to student records, addressing the needs of students with disabilities, the legal limits on certain types of research, and basic copyright laws with respect to materials that a teacher may want to use in class. This presentation will provide an overview of all of these areas.
